Brief Rundown:

He's a disgraced yakuza, coming from the Slumscape CRAU so he's also possessed by an Uwabami. He is both very feral and fighty as well as cares more than he wishes he does. He's stupidly loyal and sentimental, which is kind of what they were trying to torture out of him and failed. He's super traumatized from torture, abuse & grooming, and Hakagemachi.

My character development goals are to help him get more comfortable with opening up to people and also to find interesting ways to express himself. I want to pick up his major shapeshift into snake form as his first big regain, but once he's back in Slumscape shape it will be faction progression.

In Yakuza 0 he gets dragged in to all kinds of stupid substories, so he's also pretty much a pushover when it comes to getting involved in other people's business. Easy mode honestly.

I am mostly here to let Majima have a good time until shit goes downhill. Mostly.

🐍 Hanami - He has a lot of ghosts and I am going to take advantage of that and give him a miserable moment.
🐍 Sumo - Majima and Kiryu are extremely monstrous fighters even at a 'human' level. I am interested in Majima getting to show that off. He's not the biggest guy around but he is a really smart and ruthless person. So wehere he might not have brawn, he has brain. I'm happy to RNG for fights where the power differential doesn't seem immediately clear.
🐍 Food Runner - He always needs cash, so he'll be doing a bit of this. Happy to interact howeever.
🐍 Bathhouse/Tamamo - Majima will be cross dressing as his drag persona Goromi (she's canon, man). Goromi-nee-chan has run several hostess clubs before and is here for any Tamamos who want a big sister to give them tips or keep an eye on them.
🐍 Spicy - 🔞 Both Majima and Goromi are available for smut. F/M/* 21+ Goromi is a little more relaxed, whereas Majima is the persona that really shows the trauma that he's gone through. He can be flighty and he has some rules about how he wants to be touched/how much. If you're not down for any trauma in the narrative, he's not your guy.
🐍 Floats - Miss Goromi will be riding a float. Happy to interact around that in any capacity.
🐍 Firewords - Will be busy out on a date with Izo and Emily.

Brief Rundown: Ancient being of immeasurable power before arriving here, 14th Seat of the Convocation of Fourteen. Likes to experience new things which all of this is. Typically pretty chill.

Initial Ideas: Azem is definitely going to be hitting up the Sumo Ring because she's been itching for a bit of a fight (even if this isn't a traditional fight). She'll ultimately lose to Majima, but if you'd like to lose to her do let me know.

Azem will also be found at the Bathhouse. I'll have prompts for both male and female versions for those interested. Azem's looking to fill a few cards because this is bringing out their competitive nature. If you want to add your character to their card let me know. We can RP it or handwave, I'm fine with either option.

Otherwise, Azem can be found around the event taking in the sights and enjoying food. Post-attack they will do what they can to assist others. Azem can help but it is limited to how much it can do and how many times it can be cast so she'll only help those that really look like they need it. They might try to take on one of the figures in black and get knocked on their ass.

Brief Rundown: Heretical fantasy necromancer from fantasy Ancient China, here in Jigokucho fresh from his own death. Loves to socialize, loves to drink, loves to stick his nose even in places where it's not supposed to go. Has anger issues, mostly with his own cast. Filled with the dark and violent energy of hundreds of resentful ghosts but hilariously unable to do anything interesting with it until he regains some powers, which may not be for a while because I am mean.

Plotty Stuff: Wei Wuxian actually went in the sewers and got a (brief, incomplete) look at what the Kappa were building there, just enough to infer this month that it's a likely cause of what burst the manholes and created the huge steam screen for the attack on the Daitengu. He spread this info around some and told people to be careful where he could, and his focus would mostly have been on watching for something to go down at the Parade, and then on pursuing the attackers/what happened with the Daitengu. So!

- Who wants to play out fight collab shenanigans in the confusion/trying to take down the assassins and failing/potentially getting shot/dramatically rescuing each other/dramatically trying to help the Daitengu/whatever? Like I said he would have been watching for this to happen, and he is able to fight, but he has no special powers stuff going on so he absolutely cannot beat any of the assassins on his own lmao. But trying together could be fun!

- If you don't want to fight thread, Wei Wuxian would absolutely poke around afterwards and want to talk to anyone else who engaged with the attack, and see what they can come up with/things to follow up on by comparing notes. A followup sewer sneak mission to see if the attackers went back down there, or if the machine's still hooked up or destroyed/dismantled, might be interesting as well.

- Related to the above point -- looking things over, it looks like all his faction contacts for information exchange/dissemination right now are either fellow Sutoku, or Tamamo! This wasn't intentional, I just mostly had him hit up people he'd already met in the TDM or people who approached him during/after his sewer trip ICly. I would love to change this and have him connect to some people from Shuten and Enma this month as well, in general.

- If you do just want to play out dumb shenanigans with him I am down, he would be partying at the festival some and not JUST watching like a hawk for disaster. I was going to have him at Hanami (trying to talk to the ghosts and kind of sad they can't talk back to him right now, oops); maybe Kanamura to laugh and be mildly uncomfortable at eating food carved into dicks; food-running for sure; maybe up on the floats helping toss treats to the crowds at intervals. He's not interested in sex with anyone at the moment so I'm going to avoid that/any effects that would potentially lead to that, but otherwise I am super, super easy for fun stuff and making friends.

I have a first impressions at the bottom of my permissions post for Aerith, if you would like something more in depth. The general impression, however, is a spirited woman who cares for others and is more than willing to jump into action for someone else's benefit. Your immediate impression of Aerith is likely to be that she can be a nuisance, but she's never too friendly unless she has reason to be. She's exceedingly charming and sweet, she just has a bite to her. In Jigokucho, she can't even hear the planet, and adjusting to her normie status will probably have her feeling a little unbalanced for a bit.

In game, I've had her running errands as a delivery girl, so your character may have seen her around a bit as she delivers from Tamamo businesses to other factions. She's pretty hard to pin down with an Actual Job so she'll probably take to trying to start something floristry related sooner than later. #hippielife

Initial Ideas:

For the festival, Aerith will be soaking up the atmosphere, helping out at stalls and dragging her friends every where. She will absolutely spend a lot of time around Hanami specifically. She's used to flowers talking so she might actually... talk back to the voices! Would anyone want to see that?? lmao

Aerith also made deal with Tenkohime for an even bigger bonus depending on. How many Shuten members she has some fun with during the parade so, if anyone wants to get dragged to the bathhouse or something I'd be happy to work on that with you. She's not taking this too seriously since money isn't her driving force! But hey. Fun's fun. I'm more interested in ftb/handwaving, as a note.

She'll also be doing food running as ur local delivery girl as per usual. The Hadaka festival isn't for her but she'll be cheering on anyone at the sumo ring, on the sidelines with the steel chair. Can we do tagteam stuff?! lmao she has no problem calling out cheating so, hey. Y'know.

Otherwise! She's very worried about her new friends and will be keeping tabs on them through out the day. She can handle herself in crisis situations but if you'd like an unlikely heroine for a thread or two, I'd love to do that.

long-slain infamous demon from the heian era, shuten is a hedonistic oni who once terrorized the ancient capital of kyoto with her oni gang, known for kidnapping young girls, eating them and getting beheaded for it. she's a menace who loves to drink, party, fight and indulge in beautiful girls and handsome men. that said, she's also mysterious and elegant, and maybe she secretly kind of wants to be closer to humans even if she jokes about eating them all the time? :) it's complicated.

Initial Ideas: shuten will be having a blast and going wild and will generally not be much help during the assassination chaos — but she can be roped into pretty much anything, so!

• hanami: shuten's going to delight in this ... she loves flowers, sake and flower-viewing but ghosts and corpses under the ground? how wonderfully hellish. she's def going to drink an olympic pool's worth of alcohol throughout the festival. also!! she's going to be dressed up all cute and pretty

• sumo: oni love sumo; old legends say she and ibaraki sumo wrestled in the mountains of niigata. she's tiny but i plan to have her win some before getting bored and maybe scuffling outside the ring because she loves trouble

Back in his heydays, he used to work as more of a bounty hunter for hire but traded that in for demon hunting. His signature red coat has evolved throughout the years but red is still his favorite color.

Initial Ideas:
General Idea

I'm still trying to feel things out here for Dante but I do plan on having him recreate his shop in-game. Dante is the proud owner of the "Devil May Cry", his personal devil hunting business. While he won't be hunting devils per se, he'll certainly be doing bounty hunting work in the near future. Right now, he's trying to climb the ranks of the Shuten clan in hopes of getting enough notoriety to win Toraguma over.

Hanami - I'm not terribly excited for this prompt, so I might skip this one for Dante's top-level tomorrow. However, I'm available to tag others. Just let me know if you want Dante around.
Sumo - Now this is the main prompt I'm looking forward too since Dante is going to be stepping into the ring. He's going to be a tough opponent to beat even without his full powers. Let me know if you want to coordinate how this tournament goes. I'm interested in Dante getting close to the semi-finals but eventually losing to a more skilled opponent. Sumo isn't really his thing but he's good at adapting.
Food Runners - If Dante is going to be your delivery boy, better believe that he's going to take a "bite" out of your food. He gets the munchies sometimes, okay?!
Bathhouse Spicy Fun Times- Let me know if you want to have some fun with Dante here. +21 only, F/M allowed and Dante doesn't mind getting skewered.

The Assassination - Dante is going to attempt to keep the peace during the chaos but he did receive word from Aerith (our local flower girl) about the machine below the parade route prior. He's going to try to launch an investigation about it after the dust settles but he wants to keep that secret among a select few. (a.k.a he doesn't want Toraguma or any of the leaders to know he's investigating it.)

Brief Rundown:

Hizen is a prickly sword spirit that used to belong to one of Japan's most infamous assassins. He's open about the fact that he's a killer and while he's not exactly proud of it, he also thinks that's all he has going for him. He's blunt, direct, has little patience for people, and is rough around the edges. Sprinkle in some low self-esteem, self-worth issues, and the fact that he considers himself more of a tool than a person and you understand Hizen enough.

He does have good points like being a hard worker and the fact that he genuinely wants to be good (he just doesn't know how). The only thing that really makes him happy is eating and drinking and he has a bottomless stomach to go along with it.

Initial Ideas:

❀ Hizen didn't come here to make friends. He came here to eat food and drink. Hizen will actually, really be in a good mood for the start of the festival. The calming effects help... but food just genuinely makes him feel good.

❀ Honestly, he's avoiding a lot of the festivities because he's not social... someone drag him to things. Bully him, please. He's very easy to bully.

❀ He's going to get thrown out the Shuten sumo ring and eat more food to feel better.

❀ LET HIZEN FIGHT. Hizen might be depowered but he's,
      1. A natural assassin and skilled fighter
      2. Specializes in fighting in low visibility (dark, fog, smoke, etc)
      3. Specializes in fighting in small/crowded places
      4. Basically, he's in his element here.

❀ Hizen is going to try to chase the assassins down and get shot because guns > swords. He'll power through it out of pure spite and adrenaline but it'll catch up with him. Until then, Hizen is going to do that thing he does when he gets seriously injured and goes feral. His priority will be trying to track down the assassins but if anyone comes for him in the chaos... Hizen only attacks to kill or critically injure. Feel free to try and calm him down/stop him from hecking up someone from one of the other factions in self-defense???

❀ Since he's going to have a bad time during all the fighting... heal, please. He'll hate it and be a difficult patient but it's a good chance to let Hizen reveal the fact that he hates hates hates being a weak loser and has some issues.

Brief Rundown: Noble and prosecutor from the Victorian Era. Wine snob. Always looks a little like he could be a vampire. Never really smiles. Van Zieks is currently pretty committed to his work with the Enma, both because he cares about justice and because he wants to rise in the ranks and get his actual job back... He is also doing a... moderately okay job at adjusting to the modern era, by simply ignoring a lot of things about it.

Hanami - Here, you can catch van Zieks looking kind of wistful.

He's reminiscing about ten years past when he looked up to a Japanese man and heard from him about the symbolism of cherry blossoms. This is a good opportunity to get some talk about losing loved ones out of him.

Kanamara Matsuri - Van Zieks fucking hates this, but one of his guard shifts is at this festival - watch him try very hard to avert his stony gaze from anything genitalia-shaped while still keeping an eye out for any possible violence or other misdemeanor among visitors...
Hadaka Matsuri - Likewise, he'll be fully dressed (nothing showing, not even his fingers, he wears gloves) on the sidelines of this. He has a sword on his belt and if you play too rough in the crowd you might find yourself at its tip.
Night Parade - Once more, security duty. He's also curious about the stories depicted on the floats though so he'll ask others about their knowledge on it. (Please note the racism warning, he might get judgy about Japanese folklore...)
The Assassination - and now this is where he can shine. Van Zieks is definitely joining the fighting with his sword. And boy, he is a good swordsman. The ultimate elegant gentleman fighter! ... unfortunately, modern weaponry and far too many demons make this a situation he is pretty outclassed in, so he'll be injured.
You could either fight by his side, against him, or be saved by him...? Or tend to his wounds, maybe. Take your pick!

Brief Rundown: Romance actor by day, exorcist by night, and (un)surprisingly doing much more of the former than the latter here in youkai hell. Also he has this gross lizard youkai that crawls all over his body and he hates it! Marring his otherwise perfect pretty boy looks.

Initial Ideas:
Natori's going around alternating between a kitsune mask (fox representation when he doesn't mind being identified) and a gd paper bag over his head, because those are the two things he wears to festivals in canon.
Hanami: I'm here for spectral cherry blossomssss this is v much Natori's aesthetic (very pretty, kinda morbid). He normally acts like a cheeseball when he's playing up his romantic shtick so it'd be funny for him to get the romance ones since he acts totally different when he's actually catching feelings (re: more fond, kinda tsun) or just down for good vibes in the graveyard flowers tbh
Kanamura delivery service: I'm combining these two because I think Natori running around a festival delivering dickpops is very funny. They'll come with eyeroll-worthy pickup lines free of charge. He's not about joining the orgy but he'll cheerfully point people in the right direction. Let him be your G-rated tout!
I'm also interested in doing things related to the floats and fireworks! During the assassination he'll be more concerned with trying to help get Lost Souls to safety (/need help himself because he's probably instinctively going to try using magic that won't work and he's not a physical-focused character) vs defending the Daitengu's honor. I, however, would personally love to defend the Daitengu's honor. JUSTICE FOR THE DAITENGU!!!

Brief Rundown: Heavily bullied teen who became deeply cynical towards humanity as a result. Huuuuge movie nerd, especially when it comes to horror films. Can summon a curse jellyfish though it’s fairly teeny and harmless right now.

Initial Ideas: Death came right after another very traumatic experience for Junpei, so he’s kind of an emotional mess. Mostly I want to focus on that mess and him battling with his inclination to be A LONER DOTTIE, A REBEL.

Complicating things: He got slipped aphro at the big welcoming party and ended up making out with a couple strangers. He didn’t DISLIKE it and that bothers him as he feels like it’s a distraction to keep him from reaching his goal.

I’d like him to make more connections both platonic and ✨more✨ to break through this silly wall he’s trying to build between himself and others.

He’ll be running food to earn more money during the festival, so there’s an opportunity for CR there. Also up for the calming or romance dango during hanami.

He will probably be avoiding hadaka matsuri and kanamara matsuri SO EMBARRASSING UGH but I like him being embarrassed so being pulled into that for hilarity is possible.

Brief Rundown: Ancient Chinese wizard with a passionate love for fashion, the fine arts, birds, and porn. On the surface, he appears to be a bit of a useless, hot mess but in reality, it's a cover for a clever and cunning chessmaster. He has quite a bit of mental trauma along with severe trust and identity issues that he's working through while carrying out the duties of his contract. He has a strong sense of justice that tends to manifest in the form of an eye for an eye mentality so expect retaliation in equal measure, whether the slight's against him or people he's loyal to.

Initial Ideas: Huaisang's very motivated to show off Tamamo pride between Toraguma's insults and Tenkohime's encouragement so he'll be working hard to fill up his card at the bathroom orgy so he can bag that nice cash bonus. Julieta's already claimed some of his time but he's pretty open otherwise. Other than that, I'm leaning toward him having fluffy or peaceful feelings at the hanami viewing. Maybe check out the fireworks. He might start freaking out and panicking during the assassination/fog because he's a skittish thing who'd be very scared by the gunshot. Or he might just faint like a Victorian bride in the wrong place at the wrong time and need help getting away to safety. He's coming off oa a bruised rib and wouldn't be able to fend off a pack of schoolkids, much less genuine threats. Protecting/rescuing Huaisang could net your character some loyalty points and favors from him in the future if anyone's interested in that!

Anything else: I don't have a kink list up for Huaisang but I'm pretty open to discussion. My main hard limits are no bathroom/toilet stuff, snuff, noncon, or underage characters. He's bisexual and has a roleplaying kink and would probably be down to explore a variety of kinky fantasies and experiment so feel free to pitch something at me!

here's his info post (and opt-in post for his magical sensing!!) but basically shylock is a wizard from the west, and those westerns are wacky as all hell and he's no exemption lol. he's a classy, flirty guy who's very calm and collected in most situations -- seriously nothing fazes him for the most part. he works as a bartender in canon and in tamamo he's still working as one in various bars in order to build up rapport to one day establish his own place here so stay tuned!

Initial Ideas: im crying bc his canon is doing youkai au this april fools and guess what youkai shylock ended up becoming LMAO. he'll be wearing something like this at the festivities -- sans the ears and tail unfortunately but it just proves that he really is tamamo-coded hehehe

hanami he'll watch cherry blossoms! he'll think they're beautiful and iirc they don't exist in his world (only in the april fools aus where cherry blossoms are always Significant fsr) so he'd love to listen to folklore and stuff surrounding it.

Brief Rundown: Kim is a middle-aged, emotionally repressed police detective from a world swallowed in supernatural phenomena he unilaterally refuses to engage with, so Hell hasn't been a breeze for him! He's generally kind and polite even as he holds people at a distance, but he can be convinced to go a little batshit, as a treat. If you're looking for a straight man (figuratively, not literally), he's your guy.

Initial Ideas: I already have an open log for his first month here, but it's a new month and I'm open for more! He's still getting situated and trying to make allies and get the world figured out. He's a very functional adult who's looking to make his living space appropriate and I've heard a lot of people discuss their characters living in shitholes, so if you're looking for an adult to bully them into getting their shit together, he's your guy!

As for the event, he'll be found:

SUMO: A cheerful spectator, disappointed by the young age and small stature of the participants... but beggars can't be choosers! He'll be there to congratulate the winner, or to perhaps encourage the loser to put on a shirt. You'll catch a chill!
HANAMI: He'll be put-off by the trees, but will be inspecting them with curiosity and trepidation; he's got his demons too!
FOOD RUNNERS: Ordered some food? You might run into a delivery boy who seems a little old for it. He's in it more so he can have access to a motorbike even for a day than for the money, but he'll be doing his best!
GENERAL: This will be his first experience with a parade like this, so he'll happily busy himself admiring the floats, the organization that went into it, the decorations, and of course, the food! If you just want some general CR, this is a good option!
FIREWORKS: He'll be appropriate impressed by the spectacle, but also paranoid and on-guard, waiting for something to go wrong, which will lead into...
ASSASSINATION: RIP clan leader, he hardly knew ye! His main priority will be keeping the peace rather than starting any fights, but will be well caught up in the ruckus. Sakamoto Ryouma is a Servant, meaning he's essentially the spirit/essence of that one historical famous guy summoned as what's more or less a fancy familiar. Generally known for that time he united two factions that hated each other a lot and did a lot of ridiculous things that should've killed him a long time before he actually died.

As a Servant, Ryouma has been a Counter Guardian for a long time which is a nasty job for someone like him to have. As such, he's sort of just gone on and fallen out of touch with his own story in a lot of ways but HE'S WORKING ON IT. ~~The gremlin will return??~~ He also has been separated from his snake wife Oryou which is a very literal Do Not Separate sort of arrangement on a spiritual level and this sure is hell, isn't it? (:

Initial Ideas:

I have A LOT of ideas, so I am going to try and organise these as best I can. Because the Daitengu assassination is such a big deal, I am going to be primarily focusing on that as far as most open prompts are concerned and then will be totally open to writing closed prompts if anyone is interested in anything else so what follows might help with some ideas?

☆  Anyone that read down the Daitengu's network post might have noticed where ~~he got doxxed by the best fanbirb weep~~ his True Name got dropped! So, feel free to have your characters know who the guy going around calling himself "Rider" really is, if you like.

☆  Hanami —
I will be doing an open prompt for this since it's just kind of a nice meet and greet type deal!
Ryouma hardly needs the help to feel more PEACE AND LOVE but he'll eat the magic diplomacy food and be ~~more annoying~~ more charming~?
Since there's no reason not to, he'll be wearing that one look he's known for.
☆  Hadaka — it's fun, it's stupid, he has no shame about running around in a fundoshi.
☆  Sumo —
will not be participating, but showing up to loudly cheer on his Shuten buddies!
it's also a good opportunity to get a feel for how the Shuten operate during something like this, so he'll be observing what he can too.

SO. This is the big one. During the event itself, Ryouma will most likely try to pursue the black-suited youkai and probably get shot at for his persistence.
Which is fine, because he'll live. MORE IMPORTANTLY, in the immediate aftermath he's going to organise a meeting and shoot an SMS blast out to all the Sutoku contacts he's made so far (so, again, feel free to assume that they exchanged that info even if we didn't thread and want to show up).

Mostly he's going to urge everyone not to do anything stupid haha.

Since Ryouma is just a small fry like everyone else, he can't shut down the club or anything so he's putting up his own money to book a VIP room for the occasion at Konoha. You have to buy your own drinks though sorry.
The meeting will mostly be a mingle/info sharing/theorycrafting opportunity and whatever else.
He will arrange for it to be several hours after the event, with the intention of letting anyone who is immediately investigating to finish what they're doing (otherwise it's sort of pointless hehe).

The long and short of it is, is Monts can probably be considered some sort of cryptid/eldritch creature who is in a continuous existential crisis. Monts hides this by appearing friendly, flirtatious, and serene. Does in fact, have moments where she's not totally cool, but you usually wouldn't know about it. Probably a light sadist. Also, a good barista.

Initial Ideas:

Monts has been finding her bearings and trying to understand her place in the Tamamo Clan and forging connections in and out of her faction.

She's mostly talked w/ people in Tamamo and Shuten, but I'd definitely love more CR with Enma and Alliance aligned characters!

Currently, I've yet to have her involved in substories/plots that will let her have a power regain. Monts is still at weaker than average strength, her healing has been dialed down to super slow/average for a human, but what sucks for her is she still can't feel pain. And she hasn't told anyone about this yet so I'm just happy building my way up to that topic w/ current and future CR.

Night Parade-wise, she will be dressing up fancy because Tamamao pride eyyy! She'll be happy to go on an impromptu Hanami date and eating all the silly foods. Won't be involved in the orgy, but I did have the funny image of her and maybe someone else keeping the peace and making sure shit is consensual by good ol' fashioned intimidation ~~dildo whacks upside the head~~ LOOK it's just an idea

Now she's trying to re-learn how to live as a human again, and while she is generally chatty af and tries to be nice, she can also be skittish and is trying her best to hide the darker parts of her personality. Basically, she's a hot ass mess and she knows it.

Initial Ideas:
Hanami - LB will absolutely be fascinated by the cherry blossoms, but confused as to why she'll be able to actually go the entire time without laughing after eating the peaceful food (she only laughs because of her PTSD, which will be calmed by the ingredients). I may or may not top level for this one, as not a lot's going on here, but this would be the chill prompt that might be good for first meetings?

Kanamura - She'll think all the penis imagery is hilarious and will happily share some snacks, even if the other person seems weirded out by the whole thing. Let her drag around your dude to try to have some fun!

Hadaka - As someone who specializes in adapting to her surroundings, LB is trying to learn as much culture as she possibly can, so she'll have zero problem in running in close to nothing - she might surprise people with having actually pretty good stamina (thanks to her nanomachines, but shh). Depending on her luck draw, I might integrate that here or maybe into other prompts. Could be up for helping other people catch some luck sticks.

Sumo - She will not be participating in the actual fights (because lol, she's the biggest pushover ever), but will be in the audience watching for a variety of reasons - out of curiosity of how sumo even works, to make mental notes of everyone's strengths, and to try to drum up some business for her clan's bathhouse. I'm up for hanging out with people in the crowd (whether someone kind of talks out how sumo works to her, plotting with other Tamamo members, or just making peanut gallery comments, i'm p open!). But also, she'll be genuine in either showering participants with praise or sympathies, depending on how they do. But also try to gently direct them to the bathhouse. :)

Bathhouse Orgy - WELL, LB is gonna take this opportunity to find out that she indeed can't accidentally kill people by touch. 18+ only (and she has a vast preference for men over women, but I can do female partners too, with aphro), but if anyone wants to deal with her asking "SO ARE YOU FEELING TIRED OR ANYTHING?" while she touches your character, she's your girl! As she's just getting a feel for this kind of intimacy, she's not going to be especially domineering here, and will be p gentle. Also, I'm also cool with fade to black or RPing the whole ordeal, I'm not that picky.

Fireworks - So, uh, her nanomachines inject her with adrenaline and endorphins during times of combat, and the chaos that ensues should be a close enough condition to activate that much. So who wants to deal with someone that's going to seem like a laughing madwoman on the outside, even if she'll feel pretty helpless inside (as she arrived here with no weapon of any sort)? She is very good at hiding, so she can try to pull some people to safety if they need it, but also it might be kind of freaky to be pulled in by some woman laughing even more than usual so.

If anyone wants to be a big damn hero, they can maybe swoop in for the save? Otherwise, the only power she has available to her is some touch power that is largely ineffective, but if she sees other Tamamo members (as that will be the only people she'll be comfortable revealing that power to), she could ask them to help hold down any troublemakers long enough for her to hug them to unconsciousness lmao.

Hanami: Izō will be here getting drunk and will be shockingly calm. I'm going to have him under the influence of the calm/peace drinks so everyone can see how weird it is when he doesn't try to fight everyone and everything.

Sumo: Izō is going to be out in nothing but a fundoshi to wrestle as many people as he can for booze and because he likes fighting.

ENMA the assassination happened at kaigo no bou, fellas!!! what a disaster. dimitri would suggest leaving the investigation to the sutoku alliance to deal with since they're the ones directly impacted by their faction leader's death.

as per mod comment here the enma is safe and we don't need to worry about him, so that's out of the way. following the event the kaigo no bou will be locked down and no-one's going in there without permission.

Initial Ideas: Musashi will be participating in Sumo for sure, and has some Judo knowledge to help her along, but obviously this is not her specialty and I am open to her losing more often than not.

I'm also down to have her participate in Hanami, getting herself *well* drunk, and taking that same drunkness into the Hadaka, where she will not fair well. She might be losing what little clothing she still has on, with that curse.

Which is fine, since she's Tamamo clan. Her main focus is on keeping folks in the bathhouse orgy safe, but she DOES have a card to fill, and by this point a willingness to fill it with how much she's had to drink and how worked up she got during Hadaka.

For the assassination, she will be primarily focused on trying to stop the black-suited youkai and will be getting a bullet or two for her trouble. SHE WILL NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION, and probably some soothing for her pride, as her swords did little to stop those guns. RIP

General first impressions for some key notes. A kind, friendly woman who puts her work before herself, and would love it if she could pass as normal for the rest of her life. Actually a survivor of a looping death game and so used to rolling with the absurd, horrific punches as well as having a slightly skewed concept of how much a human should deal with. A trained doctor, though in Jigoku for the moment she works as a singer at a Sutoku owned club while she saves up enough money to start renting a proper clinical space. This does not stop her from administering aid to anyone who needs it in her sight.

She's here as a Slumscape CRAU, which means she's also currently sharing her body with a tengu spirit who takes over whenever they feel like, as well as having wings as her most visible physical change.

Initial Ideas:

Getting dolled up for the parade sounds like a great time, so she'll be out and about doing several activities during it!
Hanami - She'll be attending and happily, enjoying the spectral flowers and glad for it. Will not be partaking in the food unless it's offered to her, but she'll be in a pleasant state the entire time regardless.
Sumo - Emily will be a spectator, not a participant, though depending on the time she's found she's either quietly sitting or on her feet getting rowdy with the rest if she has a personal stake in the competitors. A little lapse in control for the time being.
Floats - She might happily help out with this, perching high on a float to help with something unwieldy or just riding along.
Assassination - In the wake of the chaos, Emily's snapping to business and going out to offer medical aid to the injured and incapacitated that she can get her hands on, until the chaos is contained and someone probably pulls her away from doing more. If your character needs help or can offer some and is willing to be directed, she'd greatly appreciate the assistance.
Possession - For fun and fairness, Emily will let her possessing spirit out and about during the parade. Hibiki, as they call their self, is a far freer soul than Emily and way more versed in youkai antics and places like this. They're up for getting into any kind of trouble, but well aware that this body is temporary. I'm up for anyone getting to meet them!

I'm fine with interacting with the more heavily NSFW elements of the event, but I would like a bit of discussion before assuming anything will happen. Brief Rundown: incredibly loud, incredibly positive, incredibly powerful! at times it looks like he never blinks. rengoku is the flame hashira (or pillar) of the demon slayer corps, an organization that has existed since ancient times and is dedicated to protecting humanity from demons. he is a master swordsman and capable of using techniques associated with flame breathing! (so basically a lot of fire stuff) personality-wise, he is very Weird... he tends to deliver all his words in a very cheerful, loud tone, and is a total foodie. however, he is incredibly loyal, friendly, and dedicated to helping others. he's a really good guy!

Initial Ideas: i'm probably not going to put up a general top level for this event, and would rather stick with writing private starters or tagging in!

having said that, i think what i would be most interested in for this guy would be hanami, kanamura, food runners, fireworks, and getting involved with trying to help people during the assassination plot. he would definitely feel a need to help save others with that - for the other prompts, being the foodie that he is, i think he would happily run food to other people or try new foods with the hanami. fireworks are a must for a festival, so he would be happy to watch those! i would also be down for the bathhouse orgy, although i think it would be difficult to convince him to even recognize that it is a place for sex and not for, well, bathing, until he sees what's going on.

Brief Rundown: sporting shiba inu ears and tail, gorou is the general of the watatsumi island resistance in genshin impact! while he doesn't have a ton of experience, still being fairly young, he is courageous, reliable, and definitely a leader that his men feel they can put their trust in. to quote the official website, he is "deeply trusted by his subordinates and is someone with whom you can share your feelings without shame." he also has an extra "job" at yae publishing house as a columnist in a magazine, offering suggestions to those that write in to share their troubles. he also loves mountaineering!

Initial Ideas: as said above, i'm probably not going to put up a general top level for this event, and would rather stick with writing private starters or tagging in!

for gorou, i think hanami and kanamura would be cute for him - he would especially enjoy the hanami because i think it would give him memories of home. he would absolutely (mostly) ignore the hadaka race unless someone challenged him to it, and i think he would find sumo fascinating to watch (or help) but wouldn't really participate. so those are all options! he would stay away from the bathhouse, so that's out (doesn't want anyone touching his tail or ears for mischief)...he might startle at the fireworks, but would enjoy them for what they are. with the assassination, i think he would be more aggressive about trying to organize things or route people to safety, so very happy to involve him there.

He will do whatever is necessary to fulfill his contract request so he will be a good little Sutoku.

Initial Ideas:

1. Gossip/Cherry Blossom Viewing
Matoba already had a hunch that something was going to happen during the festival fireworks between all the Kappa rumors on the network and his chat with the Daitengu (he kinda was trying to provoke them to see if they knew what was up...), so he will be spending most of the festival wearing an imp mask to hide his identity so that he can properly gather gossip and intel on what's going to go down. He's going to get little whiffs here and there from youkai, but not enough to have any grasp on the situation. I'll be tagging around probably to have him nose in on people's business and ask around!

In addition to that he'll probably spend quite a bit of the festival enjoying the flowers and sakura since he's not so interested in the uh, debauchery celebrations, so I'll probably have a prompt for that as the smalltalk option where he will almost certainly sniff out any additional info!

Floats:

Matoba will have a lot to say about the floats, lol, given that they depict famous scenes throughout jujutsushi/exorcist history from a youkai point of view.... Let's talk about the morals and philosophy of the human-youkai historical relationship :)))

Fireworks/The Assassination:

Since he smells trouble, Matoba will be distancing himself from the thick of the parade area/stage for this segment of the festival, likely taking a vantage point from a rooftop or something like that to get a good view of both the fireworks and the crowd. When shit goes down, he will be using his bow to sharpshoot the assailants as best he can with their body armor- he doubts he can get any kills without his powers so his aim is less to kill them but to injure them enough to slow them down so that another party could intercept them to capture and interrogate. Naturally, once they're getting shot at they're probably going to come after him.

I would love to have characters who are closer range fighters, or who are quick on their feet, to impromptu team-up with him to either take advantage of whatever targets he hits in order to get some dirt on who these assailants are, or to give him some back up when the assailants decide to fight back because he's pretty much useless in close quarters right now lol. These can be Sutoku characters who recognize he's an ally, or even just anyone who is sharp enough to notice the advantage he's giving those who are trying to defend the Daitengu!

When his position is compromised he will retreat and may try to approach the stage to see what the status is of the Daitengu and their confidants. As a fellow clanhead, he would be concerned about things turning to chaos quickly without orders in place and would instinctively try and ensure there was a chain of command to delegate amongst the remains of the Sutoku. If your character is a Sutoku lost in the chaos, he will likely approach and try to calm them, give them something to do.

Character Name: Ichimonji Norimune
Canon: Touken Ranbu
Faction: Enma
Brief Rundown: Retired old man, former boss of the Ichimonji family, worked for the time government and sword spirit. Norimune is one of the Kiku-Ichimonji, made by the first rotation smith and namesake Norimune. Due to a very popular Shinsengumi ~~fanfiction~~ novel, he have personal issues with "Okita Souji owned a Kiku-Ichimonji" fanon.

While he keep that to himself, Norimune acts like an old man. Friendly, cheerful, annoying and trying to avoid doing chores using old man logic ("ow, my back" or getting people to do them for him). But he's still a sharp spirit, with many years of observing humans under his belt. He can definitely do the work, even if he rather let someone else do it.

Initial Ideas: In general, Norimune will try to have fun but will switch into work mode if trouble pop up. He'll definitely want to try eating one of the special treats as well! Want someone to convince your character to give them a try? He can be the one, as he can vouch for their good tastes/texture.

Hanami - He'll join people in drinking and being merry! And probably pour drinks for the cherry blossom trees, huh. Open for being under the mild influence of love, which is the perfect chance for him to adopt people and/or befriend more folks.

Kanamura - Norimune will probably have fun here, and definitely want to ride one of the wooden phallus like a vehicle.

Sumo - He probably won't join in, so he'll be cheering people on. Want an embarrassing grandpa cheering you on? He's your man, especially if he knows you already. I'm thinking he also might place bets? Still thinking about it, since he's on the clock (technically).

Night Parade - Oh, he definitely is on one of the rides. Throwing nice things like candies into the crowd? Yes, it'll indulge his inner grandpa! He'll be happy to chat with anyone on his float ride, so please keep him company. And well, being on the float ride is one way of keeping watch for potential trouble. He can be on the ground at some point before jumping on the rides, if anyone want to cross path with him that way.

Assassination - Norimune will help with getting people to safety as a first priority, so directing traffic, bringing people over for first aid, etc. Plus he have faith in his others trying to chase down the mysterious attackers. But he can jump in and help chasing them down if he happens to be nearby to see. Maybe get shot as well? Haven't decided.

I'm open to doing custom/closed starters for people, if that's easier for both of us.

Brief Rundown: Info & Permissions here; most important is his silver left eye and his general weird vibes, supernaturally attuned folks, feel free to notice! Kamui is a polite, professional, mild-mannered guy who just so happens to be... (looks at hand) the "perfect" brain clone out of thousands of brain clones of a serial killer, a former Heinous Crimes Unit detective of Tokyo's dystopian cyberpunk-lite 25th Ward, annnnd a dimension-hopping quasi-immortal time cop. Also he died a bunch of times in a timeloop. He's great at investigating, puzzles, murder, and getting the job done; he is a lot less great at acting like a normal human being.

Initial Ideas:

Hanami: Kamui is a big weirdo and will actually like the spectral trees a lot. He's depowered, but as an Observer his existence is sort of fuzzily around and between the boundaries of reality. Hearing voices that may be off the current plane will make him feel all homey and stuff, even before he starts getting in on that peacefulness sake.

Like, All The Horny Prompts: I'm not interested in smut or even handwaving anything with Kamui atm, but I AM ALWAYS interested in nonsense. He'll straight man and deadpan his way through the Kanamara and Hadaka Matsuri events if he's bullied into going, someone please make him eat some novelty dick item / take a picture with the pussy mascots. 8') You could even drag him to the orgy if we can think of something plausible and/or hilarious enough-- don't worry, he's in his mid-20s, lmao.

Sumo: HAHAHA OH BOY. Kamui is one of Toraguma's many beleaguered tw(i/u)nks, and though he's a good fighter he is also SMALL and THROWABLE. Happy to play the expected "short guy gets yeeted" OR switch it up with "oh god how did this little guy yeet ME", as well as to cheer on Team Shuten! LET'S NOT GET OUR PAY DOCKED GUYS...

Food Running / Other Festival Things: Kamui doesn't like big crowds and is allergic to truly letting loose, so he'll probably be around the city & other parts of the festival as a runner. Good for an in passing type interaction, maybe? Or is he giving you your food?

The Assassination: W H E W. Crisis mode Kamui is a different beast from his usual reserved self and he'll be throwing DOWN in order to help. He'll try and fail to take down some of the youkai in black, but he's also available to come help any less fighty Lost Souls out of the scuffle, bring the wounded over to healers/medics, or join any of his fellow Shutens in the Protect Toraguma Zone lol. It could be fun to have him fight another Lost Soul accidentally, too-- he'll stop as soon as he figures it out, but until then, all bets are off.
