Want to jump right in? This month's Substories are posted here!. As for what's been going on...

Just like the TDM set up, Jigokucho is in recovery mode after the dissipation of a curse that befell the city. It was a full-on horror apocalypse.

The curse is gone, there are rumors stirring that the turf war has ended, and the Kappa are all going back down to work on building… something. It’s all pretty hush-hush, but anyone that’s not in the Department can ask freely about it. The Enma has bigger things to be concerned with already anyway (namely the newly named cause of the curse: Haniyasu).

So what does that mean for the next two months? Well, between whatever it is being cooked up in the Underground and everything else, the theme of these two months is Tanabata! How that celebration takes shape in a place like Jigokucho will be revealed as the month goes on, so stay tuned to find out more!

I'd love to bug Barton at some point! Kim here is not Enma, but he was a cop back home, so he understands some of that lawful-neutral-by-necessity life. Maybe they can talk cop stuff -- or alternatively, Kim's a stealth nerd too and would possibly run into him at the games shop.

Yes, I think they might have a surprising amount in common!! tbh kim tries to keep his nerdy hobbies a secret so it would be pretty funny for these two business-minded folks to run into each other there.
