Just like the TDM set up, Jigokucho is in recovery mode after the dissipation of a curse that befell the city. It was a full-on horror apocalypse.

The curse is gone, there are rumors stirring that the turf war has ended, and the Kappa are all going back down to work on building… something. It’s all pretty hush-hush, but anyone that’s not in the Department can ask freely about it. The Enma has bigger things to be concerned with already anyway (namely the newly named cause of the curse: Haniyasu).

So what does that mean for the next two months? Well, between whatever it is being cooked up in the Underground and everything else, the theme of these two months is Tanabata! How that celebration takes shape in a place like Jigokucho will be revealed as the month goes on, so stay tuned to find out more!

what can I say zephyr but offer congratulations on Nei being one of the few enma who is not a serial killer and in fact icly held some kind of rank and, may i repeat, not a serial killer

Minato is Frankly Intimidated by her, tbh, even without knowing she's a ranking officer. though, even if he was being circumspect about it in the tdm, his opinion of the Enma definitely took a nosedive due to `recent events`. idk what substory prompts have piqued your interest but there should be an IC mingle post going up soonish! they have faction-specific prompts but last time there was an option to hang out cross-faction so we can see that pops up then.

I MEAN, she absolutely has killed so many rebel soldiers, which isn't the same, but...

She has the intimidating vibe, and I...admittedly was flying by the seat of my pants there without a solid canon point in mind when I started the TDM, but she'll be slightly more open to the idea. She knows how to fall in line for rank and file reasons, but at that point she's also taken part in like a coup and a half...ish... Late-series L-Gaim is a clusterfuck...
