Just like the TDM set up, Jigokucho is in recovery mode after the dissipation of a curse that befell the city. It was a full-on horror apocalypse.

The curse is gone, there are rumors stirring that the turf war has ended, and the Kappa are all going back down to work on building… something. It’s all pretty hush-hush, but anyone that’s not in the Department can ask freely about it. The Enma has bigger things to be concerned with already anyway (namely the newly named cause of the curse: Haniyasu).

So what does that mean for the next two months? Well, between whatever it is being cooked up in the Underground and everything else, the theme of these two months is Tanabata! How that celebration takes shape in a place like Jigokucho will be revealed as the month goes on, so stay tuned to find out more!

i can at least answer some of these while im eagerly seeking cr but TMDs Are usually canon on a player-deciding basis, and it's usually fluffed as "oh you had to do some garbage work for people before they'd even hear you out on formally joining". so basically get sent around to do scrub side missions until someone likes you enough.

anyway i have a character from a stupid timetravel visual novel set in the 20s that has no concept of what the hell any of travis's anything is
but my god that is more reason for me to want this cr. he'd actually think travis is flashy and fashionable. he doesn't handle crude well but he's, uh, trying to get better at it given where they are???

Also wow I love that. Getting acquainted with the future and finding out a t-shirt with boobs on it is considered an okay thing to just wear out in public, apparently. I'm into it, and sorry in advance for the dumb things Tama is about to learn. Is there a particular substory you'd wanna use as a jumping-off point for them?

i have means for this dweeb to get anywhere with the substories- he works at a cafe close enough to mr naked man's prowling zones to end up with the guy loitering and hiding as he makes his way to the literal adult clubs, tama's going to be stupidly trying to collect stardust and make a stardust-addled soda float for said coffee shop also, his luck's bad enough for the watch nonsense, and he's on ember even if everyone is swiping for his frog and not him

im really open to anything, idk when im gonna put up a log but the newbie in person mingle usually has an option to cross-faction mingle so if worst comes to worst, i will work something out
