Just like the TDM set up, Jigokucho is in recovery mode after the dissipation of a curse that befell the city. It was a full-on horror apocalypse.

The curse is gone, there are rumors stirring that the turf war has ended, and the Kappa are all going back down to work on building… something. It’s all pretty hush-hush, but anyone that’s not in the Department can ask freely about it. The Enma has bigger things to be concerned with already anyway (namely the newly named cause of the curse: Haniyasu).

So what does that mean for the next two months? Well, between whatever it is being cooked up in the Underground and everything else, the theme of these two months is Tanabata! How that celebration takes shape in a place like Jigokucho will be revealed as the month goes on, so stay tuned to find out more!

Okay so if this newly-recruited trash fire were in need of somebody higher-ranking to learn from, work with, and improve her odds of social climbing, would he

A: Decide he didn't like that and didn't like her
B: Decide the feeling was mutual and engage in a war of mutual manipulation for social jockeying
C: Decide that it was handy to have somebody this motivated who could do all the legwork for him and not particularly care that she was trying to farm him for clout?
D: Something else?

Both B and C! He would appreciate her hustle and outright going for it, and play along with mutual manipulation.

It'll get even better once he find out how much of a mess she is. He'd love it and enable support her in her social climb.
