Want to jump right in? This month's Substories are posted here!. As for what's been going on...

Just like the TDM set up, Jigokucho is in recovery mode after the dissipation of a curse that befell the city. It was a full-on horror apocalypse.

The curse is gone, there are rumors stirring that the turf war has ended, and the Kappa are all going back down to work on building… something. It’s all pretty hush-hush, but anyone that’s not in the Department can ask freely about it. The Enma has bigger things to be concerned with already anyway (namely the newly named cause of the curse: Haniyasu).

So what does that mean for the next two months? Well, between whatever it is being cooked up in the Underground and everything else, the theme of these two months is Tanabata! How that celebration takes shape in a place like Jigokucho will be revealed as the month goes on, so stay tuned to find out more!

GOD THAT WHOLE DISCUSSION ABOUT HANIWA JUST GOT REALLY TRAGICALLY HILARIOUS HUH I spent the whole event thinking it was a criminal crime there isn't a Danko in this game

NGL the unlucky watch substory as the sequel to that thread would be really funny, either that or collecting stardust. Ironically/sadly Mina might be a little less receptive to the idea of a substance cropping up mysteriously being benign this time......

IT GOT REAL TRAGICALLY HILARIOUS. I'm only sorry that the month got so wacky that I wasn't able to properly have Artemy respond to it. (sad trombone)

But I do think that the watch substory would be very funny follow-up on that; they can talk about the horrific things they saw in the blood rain and Artemy still saying that he doesn't think these things are "evil." ... Oh sweet Artemy.

The idea of trying to go 'burakh-san, not only did they nearly bring the city down around our ears and now EVERYONE has rain trauma not just me and tama, they also tried to kill the daitengu maybe and frame the enma for it,,,' while some cursed watch is making pianos fall from the sky looney-tunes style in their wake.
