Just like the TDM set up, Jigokucho is in recovery mode after the dissipation of a curse that befell the city. It was a full-on horror apocalypse.

The curse is gone, there are rumors stirring that the turf war has ended, and the Kappa are all going back down to work on building… something. It’s all pretty hush-hush, but anyone that’s not in the Department can ask freely about it. The Enma has bigger things to be concerned with already anyway (namely the newly named cause of the curse: Haniyasu).

So what does that mean for the next two months? Well, between whatever it is being cooked up in the Underground and everything else, the theme of these two months is Tanabata! How that celebration takes shape in a place like Jigokucho will be revealed as the month goes on, so stay tuned to find out more!

music or books seem like a wonderful way to meet! she's trying to read more to develop more hobbies outside of her work and would happily take suggestions from him. i also just had an idea that combines the two - he could see her in one place, and then recognize her in the other, and lead to a connection that way! up to you which one he'd see first.

oh I love that!! I think he'd probably wander and listen to her music for a bit outside of a window (or however he can do so out of sight), and then wander off... but when he sees her again at the library he can recognize her from that and get nosy enough to approach! it's rare he'd try to interact with a human like this but after some canon influence from someone he's missing, it will encourage him to, and it can go from there c:

we can say he got to peer in through the club's windows to make it easier! though she dresses up for the stage she's still recognizable outside, so they can find each other in the library. if you don't intend on making an open top level soon, i can write you a custom starter when i make my catch all!

a custom starter would be great so long as you don't mind it! I have no idea if I'll be putting up a top level or not yet since I'll be going on a week long trip starting this weekend, but I should have time to tag in the evenings!
