Here's a centralized post for plotting out for the event!

Here's a breakdown summary of every prompt on the event;

Bikinis - Characters who didn't have swimwear will be provided it, but they probably are gonna be on the skimpy/tacky side. Play out the embarrassment, or total lack of shame.

Shuten Clan - Shuten activities revolve around volleyball, surfing, shoulder chicken, barbeque, and drinking contests

Tamamo Clan - Tamamo activities involve a wet t-shirt contest, tiki bar, and water gun fights.

Sutoku Alliance - Sutoku activities involve frisbee games, jet skis, and underwater shenanigans

Department of the Enma - Department officers are expected to take short shifts on lifeguard duty, but in exchange get free food and drinks!

Bonfire - A free-for-all happy hour to get out the last of one's revelries before the shit hits the fan..

Cursed City - This is the big one. The containment facility the haniwa were being stored in was compromised, releasing a massive wave of cursed energy into the city all at once from Kaigo no Bou. Captain Shiki is trying to maintain order, but chaos is breaking out everywhere. Faction leaders will do what they can to protect their people, as well.

The curse energy turns Jigokucho into more of an actual hell. Blood rain, massive hauntings, frenzy inducing energy all around. Nightmares from characters own canons can and will manifest, pulled right from their worst fears and dreads.

This will be in effect for the month until a) players manage to find a solution on their own or b) a mod written ending comes about, but either way, you're free to play with this setting change all month.

We do not plan for it to last longer than this month.

Brief Rundown: Local detective and timecop who's died many times in ~200 years worth of timeloop; child experiment who is a brain-clone of a serial killer & bearer of a cursed eye that makes him immortal-ish; slightly awkward 20-something trying to figure out how to fit some room for normalcy into all of the above. he's a nice lad, he's just tired.

Kamui can also sense an abstract measure of a person's capacity for chaos & violence called criminal power; permissions here!

👁️‍🗨️ BEACH GAMES. Let's beer pong! Let's suikawari!! That oni beer's gonna be HITTING him enough to get competitive with a game - I'm down for these and any other lighthearted beach shenanigans! Water gun him in the face. Smack him with a volleyball.
👁️‍🗨️ Unfortunately, the speedo. He's going to wear a t-shirt or something over it, but because of the swimsuit rush, he couldn't get anything better. RIP.
👁️‍🗨️ Bonfire, my weakness. I'd love for some peaceful CR-building conversations to happen around the bonfire.

👁️‍🗨️ you know how he has criminal power well it's going to be ON THE FRITZ BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS CURSED, so he'll have chronic migraines and occasional nosebleeds ALL. MONTH.
👁️‍🗨️ rescue missions? yes. nosing about like a protagonist? yes. HIT ME.
👁️‍🗨️ also if you need a person to hunker down with and remind you that things are real, he is happy to be of service! come hang out at 7/11 and/or his sad apartment and/or your apartment. texting threads also applicable for this.
👁️‍🗨️ For existing CR, I will offer you truly terrible custom starters from the long and colorful annals of Kamui's awful traumas. We got timeloop death! We got past life trauma! We got giant empty scary spaces and evil towers!! We got hyena monsters! Most of all we have EYE HORROR!!! hmu and we can work out an angle, I would love to go all Silent Hill on this.

👁️‍🗨️ For new or existing CR: FRENZY. 8) Kamui's got a killing instinct that can and will get set off, so he'll be losing it a little bit and fighting with and/or against physical manifestations of assassins from his canon. One of which will include an illusion of ya boy Travis Touchdown, who will ultimately turn on and try to kill Kamui. Bad times!! I may put up a limited open starter for this!

I am not sure if I just want chill bonfire thread or for them to have a horrible nightmare run-in, or similar to what i posted in kim thread about pitching in at the 7/11 in the middle of the crisis, but I do just want CR orz

Honestly I overspread myself and icarus'd on too many threads so don't worry about it; I had actually been thinking of hitting up Kamui's may post but got mad distracted at the time.

Probably the latter "7/11 shift downtime that bleeds into chaos", given when hell breaks loose after the bonfire Minakami is picking up Tama and running LMAO. This convenience store has seen better days........
