Here's a centralized post for plotting out for the event!

Here's a breakdown summary of every prompt on the event;

Gambling Problem - The Shuten Clan is running an old-style den casino in Sai no Kawara with all kinds of games of chance to try your hand at. Shuten dealers have been trained to cheat on behalf of the house, of course.

Pleasure Palace - Tamamo has created a palace-like house of pleasure. It's essentially an extremely high end cabaret club and brothel, with both an indoor and outdoor stage for performances.

Gossip - With so many high profile clients in town for Tanabata, it's Sutoku's jobs to keep their ears open for all the hot goss they can. One thing in particular most characters will hear about is trouble in one of family of a particular finance wolf. His daughter wants to be a musician. He's trying to get her to come home. Drama ensues.

Tanabata - The usual Tanabata fun, though the Stardust-fueled magic creating the star show might make everyone feel more inclined to get in on the peace and love. What's more, the magic may impact the wishmaking itself! Take a chance, right?

"We Know Who You Are" - The infamous Iron Bear has made their presence felt. An attempted assassination is thwarted, but the finance wolf's daughter is kidnapped, and the Enma is here to make sure everyone starts talking about what they know. A tense ending to a party, but at least no one's in immediate danger. Right? Right?

Brief Rundown: Ever want your parents to stop talking to you? What about a nosy neighbour? Introducing.... NISHITANI! He's insane, old as fuck, and will not stop talking about his dick! Everyone you know will no longer want to be around you when NISHITANI'S there! All for the low low price of playing with his knife... wink!

Initial Ideas:
Nishitani is going to be arriving in couples yukatas (puke) with Andy, doing all the traditional festival shit with her before breaking off. He will be pestering a couple of people before heading off to Sai no Kawara. He will take a break with the cabaret before heading to the gambling halls and checking in on his CREW.

I'm open to anything at anytime during the festiva; (though the "we know who you are" slots are currently SUPER OPEN), Nishitani will be slightly less drunk than normal but no less obnoxious!

Eiichi's gonna be working the card tables, so I'd super be down with working with Nishitani to fleece as many people as possible. (He didn't spend much time, uh, working during the training event so he probably didn't get as much as everyone else, so he could use the help. He's a fast learner!! And he wants to win!!)

Also if he keeps talking about his dick he's willing to stab him. With a knife. Like a real knife. Non-innuendo knife.

Hello count me in as another person interested in some belated games coaching... Kazuma did more bouncer training than dealer training in the mini-event and he also would absolutely hate the idea of cheating on purpose but is that going to stop me????? NO, WE DO WHAT WE MUST

I kinda like the idea of Kaz being naturally good at card games like poker and from that insisting on playing the "proper" way... would Nishitani be up for corrupting a wannabe boy scout...

Would Nishitani perhaps approach Kazuma if he sees him behaving entirely too over-the-table as befits a Shuten to try and whip him into shape, or should we handwave that they already interacted a bit about this during the mini-event and thus have probably less than flattering first impressions of each other? Or a third option?? Essentially Kazuma will dig in his heels about the idea at first because he has ~principles~ but will grudgingly change his tune if he becomes convinced it's a good way to get into Toraguma's good books. I am not canon familiar with Yakuza so I don't want to prescribe anything to Nishitani in this scenario aside from knowing he's terrible lol

I was mostly going to have Hizen be a bouncer because... he hates dealing. He hates people. He hates dealing with people. That said, the plan is to force him to get yanked off bouncer duty and cover a table for XYZ reason and have varying success. He's better at some games than others! Like he's slow at counting cards but pretty good at switching dice? Bad at distracting players unless he's threatening to kill someone... u know. Everyone has things they're good and bad at.

Otherwise, he's actually dressed up like a good Shuten member for the event. Wearing his actual suit!! Might ditch the tie at some point. And he'll wear a nice yukata while he stuffs his face and drinks like a fish at the festival.
