Despite being a relatively young king, he is an excellent strategist who hides his secret cunning behind a carefree and friendly attitude. One of his generals described him as a hawk in disguise as a rabbit.
Initial Ideas: I might make a short toplevel for Soo Won if I still have the energy after Sheliak's.
Pleasure Palace - There's no way this natural charmer is not getting roped into being a host for the evening. Nothing spicy though. Regrettably he's clueless in that regard. I would love for him to be paired up with someone else, maybe a less willing participant? Soo Won will gladly help. Also Miyako will be performing as the Musician in Red.
Tanabata - Soo Won will return after Miyako's performance to enjoy the festival. Tanabata is new to him but he does vaguely know of it through Miyako's memories. He will be very eager to experience it for himself and he will be on the lookout for potential victims to share it with. He will also be curious about the story behind it.
Soo Won has a deep resentment for the heavens so he will not be making a wish. He will gladly offer anyone a friendly ear though. I haven't decided if Miyako would make a wish or not yet.
"We Know Who You Are" After the attempted assassination, Soo Won will discreetly ask around for more information. He has never been good at sitting on the sidelines.
