Character Name: Owen Canon: Mahoustukai no Yakusoku Faction: Tamamo Brief Rundown: Local wizard prefers animals over people; enjoys making people as uncomfortable as possible and choosing the worst option every chance he gets.
Initial Ideas: •Owen isn't much interested in card games or the like, but he will absolutely bet on any fights that may or may not break out. He doesn't even care who wins or loses but it'll be fun!
•Probably stuff at the Palace of Sai even though Owen is not especially... good... at doing what people want or making them feel good about themselves... but some people are into that! If you're into that, maybe he will actually be helpful to the clan for once. Alternatively people stuck working alongside him in a pair can try to get him to cooperate. (Which is surprisingly easy, because you can just give him sweets or take him out for tea but I digress.)
•Owen will take part of the festivities! He will be very nosy about wishes and putting up a wish himself, not that it's anything worth wishing for. Still, he has to know.
I'm not sure if I'll be top leveling, BUT these are the ideas... o9!!
