on one hand, the starter flats are physically not big enough for you to accumulate much stuff that needs moving
on the other hand, none of them have cars and will be carrying boxes across public transport, like PEASANTS
on the gripping hand, the blood rain will have ruined enough shit that they'd be throwing out as much stuff as taking it, and by "they" I mean "kawase"

I'd almost suggest "moving being disrupted by sky candy rain", like idk, traffic is being held up because some idiots are trying to collect starfall in the road, but that's just "normal day-to-day life thread grimly ticking back into looney tunes shit".
