I have also just been like shuffling along and hope to actually be around. (stares hopeful at this month!) And I appreciate for I truly do love Aerith so much.
(laughs) Of course! Like, death is very easy in Patho, but it has meaning. Artemy is not allowed to die more or less. He has to tell his story, but his death has to mean something so that it isn't treated as "nothing." Each time he dies, something in his world becomes a little more horrific (like a horrible Rat Prophet that contacts people that have the ability to see the future and tells them how to fix things, but often lying and hiding exactly what will happen if they do as it says). Physically, his body is in full struggles (hungry faster, thirsty constantly, exhausted, health low, etc); it's a real terrible time. If he dies too many times, there's a structure that is being created outside of his "respawning" area... if it gets too high, uh, it's not good and that's all is said about it. Also, no one can see it but him. So that's also great. >>;
He's happy to be adopted; she's a lovely elder sister and will be sure to listen to her well.
... and a side-note, with your boyfriend playing Patho, tell him to get the plague in-game. :X It's kind of neat when it happens, I can give more spoilers on that one, too, but it's a very neat experience.
