As such he will be following up with Cloud to get his eyes on that footage and also Cloud's thoughts on what went down. Call it a followup with your manager ... or something.
(Idk whether to put this in a separate comment but mods, if you see this- I'd love to know if there's anything that shows up on either set of footage that characters with Special Eyes can pinpoint? I guess most importantly the nature of the cursed being's aura but he might also be looking carefully at whatever was holding the people in the tower in stasis?)
Also he intends to let him keep the sword if he wants it; he'll try to clear that with the Daitengu/whoever runs the kappa armory. He deserves it, right!?
