Welcome Lost Souls! And also, welcome to this round's group of new players!

Firstly, the game officially opens (as in IC posting is allowed) on March 5th. What's on the plate for this month? Well there's the Substories for this month you can get started on, and the overall mood of the city is that everyone is preparing for this year's Night Parade, a major event meant to foster a unity within the community and promote (relative) peace between the various factions!

Unfortunately, tensions are very high with the new Lost Souls coming in, and while on the surface the Factions seem to be working together to make the parade success, internally each of them believes the other is plotting for a power grab at the event.

What's gonna happen? Stay tuned and find out...

Tell us about yourself: I work full-time and it's super exhausting some days so my tagging can be a little bit sporadic... I don't shy away from most anything awful so if you have a bad idea and need someone for it here I am!! Sorry Ritsu. My plurk is mostly used for RP stuff tbh.

Character Name: Ritsu Sakuma
Canon: Ensemble Stars!
Faction: Sutoku Alliance
Brief Rundown: You can read about him here, but also: Ritsu's a young man with a vampire-like constitution due to a genetic disease his family has. He's part of the idol unit Knights, but unless someone surprises me before apps close he won't have any of those here! He likes being spoiled and he thinks people who work slow and hard instead of fast and efficiently are stupid--why waste so much time when you can get it done well and quick, and then you can go back to relaxing? Please. He's a good boy at heart though, he's just extremely cat-coded. For people familiar with Ensemble Stars!, he's taken from post-Operetta but before !!-era really kicks off. I'll canon update him at some point, probably.

Initial Ideas: Ritsu's the type to get lonely easily so after a few days he's gonna start breaking into I mean, sneaking into people's apartments and stuff to slum around with them. This is mostly for CR as he gets it (but please also see him sneaking into someone's place and go "hey what are you doing), so by the end of the month he'll just be cycling through everyone he meets and likes unless one of them asks if he wants to stay. He's fun like that.

Otherwise, I'm interested in the Substory High Definition if anyone wants to play around with hallucinations and blindness and that kind of biz! I usually play stuff by ear, so we'll see what other fun stuff comes along o9

ALSO got reminded yes... If you still want to keep up TDM threads I'll still be tagging them, and if you'd like them to be game canon we can do that too! Even if Ritsu's in Sutoku, we don't have to think about it, don't worry.

Anything else: Ensemble Stars! sometimes covers some serious topics, such as suicide, religious cults, implied-maybe-murder, etc. If you're uncomfortable with these topics, let me know! They won't come up very often, but Knights is a unit that went through a "bloody revolution" in a sense and Ritsu has a lot of emotional baggage from it. I won't be springing it on anyone and especially not without proper content warnings, but I thought I should mention it anyway! The idol boys are okay, I promise.

Hello hello, Ritsu is very cute and I've enjoyed their TDM thread!

If Ritsu doesn't have any other takers, CY is very tolerant of other people's weird eccentricities and would probably give Ritsu the option live in his room instead of slumming around

Either way if he wants to slip in for a bit, CY would spoil him like an actual stray cat. Feed him, pat his head...

I'VE LOVED CY SOOO MUCH I'VE BEEN TALKING ABOUT HIM A TON TO MY FRIENDS... Ugh, the best, he'd totally be down for staying with CY especially after he realizes he can get spoiled. He gets bonus points if he doesn't mind Ritsu having friends over too... Nia might come to hang around here and there too, cat to cat communication.
