Character Name: barton Canon:alchemy stars Faction: the department of the enma Brief Rundown: loud, macho guy that i'd best describe as aggressively lawful neutral. he hails from a (comparatively) technologically-advanced and highly militaristic nation, where he's flourished in climbing the ranks to general. while he thrives on competition, he does thankfully have a bit of a soft spot for less imposing individuals. (tl;dr: he's annoying, noisy and pretty volatile, but not outright cruel.)
Initial Ideas: (jfc he can afford None of this) ✨ pleasure palace: won't lie, he at times v much hates jigokucho's tendency towards decadence, and gee wiz does this fit the bill. however, i'll have him begrudgingly poke around here; i'm game for things getting a bit flirty, you dig.
