First of all "tarot reader in a metaphysical shop" is probably the coolest/most specific job I've heard of in a while

Secondly I would love to do neighbors things, especially if we combine it with the haniwa prompt... Natori knocking on the neighbor's door like "hey can't help but notice that you have an insane amount of cursed objects in your apartment, could you not?"
