...okay so yeah he's Billy the Kid, the infamous outlaw who once operated in New Mexico, Arizona, and parts of Northern Mexico. Largely seen as a folk hero by many in the American Southwest, he's generally pretty friendly, if not kind of weary about others. Always kind of high strung and on alert after a life of crime and being betrayed. Outwardly he might act fun loving and mischievous. Enjoying wine and song and women, but inside he really just wants to freaking chill man. To have people stop pinning random crap on him that he absolutely did not do. 100%

He also totally does not cheat at games, so stop it. He's an honest person!
Initial Ideas: The only things I know he's going to do is some guard work and filling out his punch card for that sweet, sweet bling. Having him wander into the bathhouse orgy could be fun and interesting. Though I don't think he'd do so under most circumstances. Other than that I'm open for him doing escort work, or working at a maid cafe.
He absolutely refuses to drop his weapons though, or dress up for the occasion. Sue him, and apparently Billy will be right in doing so following the assassination. Which will probably see him going into overdrive guard mode and actively seek out other Tamamo members. So if anyone wants a bodyguard for a bit he's your guy.
