GOOD. Ryouma is here for wild theories! A lot of this looks sketchy to him too and he only has one idea so far as to why someone might be doing this and so he will welcome any and all other perspectives.

He's not sure it's a test as much as some kind of strategy but that's maybe because he's pulled this stunt himself a few times.
