I'd be good with general CR (parade setup sounds fun) but honestly it might be interesting to have something with the fireworks leading into everything just going downhill rapidly? Kimmuriel is also not interested into getting into fights unless pressed so they'd actually have similar goals and thus at least sort of practically a motivation (on Kimmuriel's part anyway) to work together for a bit to stop everything from going completely chaotic.
