During the Tanabata lead up, there was the intimation that it was possible that a character might be executed if they did not make good on a promise to Toraguma. The negotiations involved went smoothly, and so that character was spared harm because they'd fulfilled the requirement, but I believe it was our collective understanding that, had things turned out differently, the execution would have definitely happened. It was easy to miss, I think, because it didn't happen.
