There are drinks, but the servers have instructions to cut anyone off who is teetering into drunk territory.

As far as Captain Shiki goes, she will mostly just. gently dissuade him from going too wild, but in truth, she knows an unstoppable force when she sees one and she's not gonna try to be an immovable object tonight.
